ED Charges YouTuber Elvish Yadav: Could He Be Jailed?

New Delhi. Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered a money laundering case against YouTuber and social media influencer Elvish Yadav. ED will also investigate about the convoy of expensive cars owned by him. ED will also interrogate the owners of big hotels, resorts, and farm houses. However, he is currently out on bail.

On March 17, YouTuber was arrested by Noida Police in the Cobra incident case, after which he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. At present he is out on bail. But now ED has started preparing to crack down on them. At the same time, no statement has been issued by YouTuber in this matter yet. After coming out of jail, Elvish declared himself innocent. YouTuber says that some people are not liking his success. 

On November 8, Noida Police had registered an FIR in the case of use of snake venom in a rave party. YouTuber Elvish Yadav is also an accused in this case. The police had arrested five people. This includes Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan and Ravinath. Police had found 20ml poison in the name of Rahul.

Elvish Yadav started his YouTube channel on 29 April 2016, inspired by famous YouTubers Ashish Chanchlani and Amit Bhadana. Through YouTube videos, he became famous among the people and started earning lakhs and crores of rupees. After this, he became an overnight star by winning 'Bigg Boss OTT Season 2'. After Bigg Boss, he became so popular among the public that he was seen in music videos with many famous actresses.
